Have you ever been to a “Friendsgiving”? As a military family, we have, and they are the best way to spend Thanksgiving when you can’t be with your family. It’s always a bit depressing not to eat mom’s turkey or apple pie or to share a glass of wine with my sister and aunt, but “Friendsgiving” is always guaranteed to bring plenty of laughter, fun, and memories!
I have this wonderful group of cookie friends, and we decided to have a virtual potluck Thanksgiving (in our house known as “Friendsgiving”). To the potluck, I brought a basket of warm bread and a bowl of homemade cranberry sauce (NOT from the can! 😉 ).
Please go visit my friends to see what goodies they made!
1. Cornucopia — The Sweet Shop Cookie Company
2. Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy & Project Name — The Cookie Puzzle
3. Salad — Ellie’s Bites Decorated Cookies
4. Bread & Cranberry Sauce– Not Your Everyday Cookie
6. Sweet Potato Casserole — Simply Sweets by Honeybee
8. Wine — Sweet Treats by Ansa
Whichever way you spend Thanksgiving, have a wonderful one!
I love the bread and cranberries! I have to say….of all the Thanksgiving food available…those two are my FAVORITE! I could make a meal out of those two dishes…strange..but true

These look wonderful Lene! The bread especially is one of my very favorites at Thanksgiving. Sometimes I bring homemade corn muffins to add to the bread bowl. Yum! Your bread bowl looks so yummy and I haven’t eaten yet today, so I’m drooling just a bit here 🙂
